SMS TERMS OF SERVICE
These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by O2 Treehouse Commercial Inc. ("O2 Treehouse," "we," "us," or "our") through the O2 Treehouse Text Messages program (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Program sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Depending on what you agree to, we may text you about:
your inquiry, project, quote, or consultation;
your online store order, including shipping and return updates;
your Pinecone Treehouse reservation, including confirmations, reminders, and check-in information; and
if you agree to marketing texts, news about our treehouses, collections, stays, events, and special offers.
HOW TO OPT IN
You can join the Program by:
checking the SMS opt-in box on one of our online forms;
checking the SMS opt-in box on a sign-up form in one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram, or Google; or
giving us permission in person, for example at an event, tour, or site visit. When you agree in person, we will send you a text asking you to confirm by replying YES.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy from us, book a stay, or work with us.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COSTS
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details. We do not charge you for text messages.
HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. We will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing info@o2treehouse.com or calling (707) 204-0119. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again using one of the methods above.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to use it. The Program is available only to U.S. mobile phone numbers. If you change or give up your mobile number, please opt out first or let us know so we stop texting that number.
PRIVACY
We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us run the Program, such as [SMS platform], and only to deliver our messages to you.
DELIVERY AND LIABILITY
We will try to deliver messages promptly, but delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network, and messages may be delayed or not delivered. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any charges from your carrier. The Program is provided "as is," and we may change, suspend, or end it at any time.
CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep receiving texts after we post changes, you accept the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to opt out.
